Dale has contributed significantly to record setting start-up operations resulting in multi-million dollar cost savings. Dale's extensive experience includes various training roles at Intel, Freescale Semiconductor, and Arizona Public Service Company. He holds a Master of Arts from Northern Illinois University. Dale is renowned as an expert facilitator, change agent, and executive coach. He is the author
of The Excellence Agenda and a contributing author of the book, Best Practices in Leadership Development and Organizational Change.

Ron Sacchi a former Operations Manager has consulted and coached managers in joint-ventures, high tech, pharmaceuticals and media. Holding an MBA from Saint Mary’s College, Ron is also licensed in various management and psychological profiling tools. His book, Design and Build Your Business, provides a blueprint for creating a scalable – any size business. Ron specializes in group dynamics and behaviorism. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. Deborah is certified in Six Sigma Methods, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Mediation and Executive Coaching.
